I am a 50-year-old man living in central Eskilstuna. I am looking for peers as assistants; both men and women can apply for the position. I communicate using AAC (alternative and augmentative communication), so experience in this area is a merit. I need help with all personal needs and support in my leisure activities. I have a great interest in cars and music, but I also enjoy walks and watching TV.ABOUT YOUAs an assistant, it is good if you are in good physical shape and completely smoke-free. It is also beneficial if you are flexible and able to step in at short notice. You should also be responsible, calm, and solution-oriented as a person. I am primarily looking for a substitute who can step in as needed, with the possibility of a smaller position in the long run. The work includes shifts during the day, evening, and night as follows:
- 8 AM - 5 PM
- 5 PM - 8 AM (7 hours on-call)
