Cooperative EMIL is an assistance provider that has been operating since 1994.

Cooperative EMIL is currently looking for several substitutes who can start immediately and work with us this summer. Please be clear about your availability in your application.

We are looking for someone who is positive and flexible and has a professional approach. You can take your own initiative but also follow guidelines and instructions. Previous experience working with people, professional experience in care and support, and/or education in the field is an advantage. However, the most important thing is that you have an interest in working with people, and ultimately, personal suitability is what matters.

You will have scheduled working hours that can be allocated to both day and evening as well as weekends and nights (both awake nights and sleeping nights occur).

In a few cases, working hours are only allocated to day or day and evening. The most common is that the shifts vary in length, and in some cases, there are 24-hour shifts. Therefore, please be clear in your application if you have difficulty working uncomfortable hours.

You will be part of the member's daily life, with everything that entails. Your tasks will include cooking, cleaning, support with dressing and undressing, as well as participating with the member in various leisure activities.

In some of the assistance cases, there are medical interventions, such as wound care, tube feeding, and cough machines. We also have members with epilepsy and autism. If you have experience in these areas, it is particularly advantageous for these assistance cases, so please indicate this clearly in your application.

Some members have their own cars, which you as an assistant may be expected to drive in certain cases. Therefore, we need to know if you have a driver's license.

Communication is important for everything to work as well as possible in the assistance cases, and therefore you need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

The holiday period starts in week 23, and you are expected to complete a few introductory shifts before then and be available for scheduled work throughout the summer.

Upon employment, you are expected to present a certificate from the police's criminal record.
