At Vår Omtanke, we are now looking for several personal assistants who want to work with our client in Nyköping! In this role, you will make a difference in people's lives and work with us towards our vision – Everyone has the right to a good life.

About the position We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for a man who needs help and support in his daily life. The client resides in Nyköping.

In this role, you will help the client with daily tasks, personal hygiene, and support during transfers in and out of the home.

Who are you? We see that you are pedagogical in your approach, responsible, calm, and attentive. Furthermore, it is important that you are confident in what you do, independent, and proactive. You are a driven person and should be able to cook and assist in managing a household. For this job, it is required that you can speak Swedish fluently.

You will work together with one of your colleagues during the day, so collaboration is essential. Experience is not required, but it is a plus; what matters more is that the chemistry between you and the client is right.

Right now, we are looking for hourly substitutes who can step in when regular staff are on vacation or during unplanned absences.

In the long term, there is a possibility of a permanent schedule.

A driver's license is a requirement for a permanent position, and we prefer candidates over 25 years old. For an hourly position, a driver's license is not necessary but is a plus.

Working hours: Hourly employment to start with, which can lead to a permanent position. Working hours are between 8 AM - 3 PM / 8 AM - 5 PM 3 PM - 9:30 PM 5 PM - 8 AM (including on-call)
