I live in a villa and you will work in my home, where the assistants have their own living room/lounge/kitchen, etc. All necessary aids for the work are available on-site.

Since public transport can be limited, especially on weekends, you need to have a driver's license and access to your own car to get to work. I live just over 30 minutes from Nyköping. Sometimes we also use my car (automatic) in everyday life.

Several assistants have chosen to stay with me for a long time, which has given them solid experience and knowledge of my support needs. Therefore, there are good opportunities for you to receive a safe introduction and the support you need to settle into the role. I enjoy working with people who are flexible and quickly find their place in new contexts, both in terms of tasks and colleagues.

I am looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with people. You need to be able to work independently, be attentive, and easily adapt to different situations. You must speak and write Swedish fluently. Previous experience in similar work is a big plus, but not a requirement.

Working hours: The position is full-time according to a rolling 6-week schedule. Work shifts are scheduled between 08:00–20:00 or 08:00–22:00, including weekends. The schedule provides good foresight and longer continuous time off.
