We at Attendo are now looking for licensed nurses for our facilities Postflyget and Ädelstenen located in Gothenburg for summer positions. The residences are modern with a focus on sports and spa where health and well-being are prioritized every day. We have activities for our clients every day. Postflyget is a smaller residence with 54 apartments while Ädelstenen is a larger residence with 96 apartments, both focusing on somatic care and dementia.

About the role As a nurse with us at our residences, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to increase the quality of life for the residents, but you will also be the one making assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions are taking place at the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. You will have a leading role with great opportunities to influence the operations.

As a nurse within Attendo, you are significant and your competence is highly valued. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks. You are part of the team working to empower individuals.

Main responsibilities

• Medication management

• Work in national quality registers

• Supervision of nursing staff

• Nursing responsibility for patients

Who are you?

As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy supervising and delegating nursing tasks and are motivated by creating high-quality care for those who live with us together with your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse

• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you also have

• Experience from working in private care services

• Professional experience in elderly care

• Experience in supervision

• Education in geriatrics or district nursing.
