Previous experience is desired
Do you want to work as a physiotherapist in our neuro care team where your skills are valued and development is encouraged?
At Joint Academy's primary care clinic Active Rehab Gothenburg, we are now looking for a licensed physiotherapist who wants to be part of our neuro care team. With us, you will work in a stimulating and modern environment, alongside dedicated colleagues from various professions.
About the role
As a physiotherapist at Active Rehab Gothenburg, you will be an important part of a larger interdisciplinary team consisting of dedicated occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and speech therapists with many years of experience. The clinic is centrally located in Gothenburg with bright, modern facilities and has high accessibility and a strong patient focus.
At the clinic, we highly value teamwork and continuous learning. We believe that a strong work climate is based on openness, participation, and community – where we actively share knowledge, support each other, and have fun together while delivering care of the highest quality.
With us, you will work broadly within the various areas of physiotherapy, with a primary focus on neurological rehabilitation. You will also work to some extent with patients within the regular primary care assignment.
Your tasks at the clinic will include:
- Team-based reception of patients after neurological illness or injury within the neuro care team assignment.
- Collaborate closely with your occupational therapist and speech therapist colleagues to provide the best possible care.
- Conduct individual assessments, evaluations, and treatments primarily within neurological rehabilitation.
- Support the patient in training within the framework of self-care.
- Collaborate with and support other healthcare providers internally and externally.
- Conduct groups and lectures.
Based on the clinic's needs, you will also have the opportunity to work in Joint Academy's digital care platform. Here, you will offer video and chat consultations, assess patients' needs, and design tailored treatment plans – providing a dynamic and flexible work environment where you can work digitally and physically.
The position is a full-time employment starting immediately.
Who are you?
- You are a licensed physiotherapist.
- You have work experience in neurological rehabilitation, with advanced training at the master's level of 15 university credits in neurology.
- As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and structured in your work, and thrive in the slightly faster pace of primary care.
- You are flexible, open to change, and can quickly adapt to new situations.
- You are patient, listen actively, and communicate effectively.
- You enjoy and want to learn to work digitally.
- You have good proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
What do we offer you?
- A secure full-time position at a well-established primary care clinic.
- Work in a team with high competence that embodies forward-thinking and high-quality patient work in accordance with research.
- Opportunity to broaden your skills and complement your clinical work while helping to shape the future of care.
- Competitive salary with benefits in wellness, insurance packages, and pension through collective agreements.
