We are now expanding our team and looking for another HR Administrator. As an HR Administrator with us, you will belong to a wonderful team with a forward-thinking attitude, engagement, and where something is always happening. In this role, you will support colleagues in their daily work. The position includes both administrative tasks, contact with candidates and consultants. You will also be part of the central on-call team, where you handle sick leave for our assignments.

The tasks in the role include, among other things,
- Ad creation
- Selection, phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and reference checks
- Labor market activities, such as posting ads, participating in fairs, etc.
- Scheduling
- Phone contact with consultants and partially with clients
- Administrative tasks, such as sorting, updating lists, etc.
- Being part of the central on-call team, about 1 shift per week (night)
- Staffing of the office

The position is part-time, and we need you to be available to work about 10-20 hours/week during the semester. Working hours are Monday to Friday during the day but flexible; we see the benefit of being able to work more but shorter shifts. If you work in the on-call team, the working hours are from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM. As our workload is very variable, the need for your help may vary greatly from week to week. We would like you to be flexible and able to step in at short notice.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone studying at a university or college in HR or similar and has at least 1 year left of your studies. If you have work experience in HR, service, or recruitment, this is considered very meritorious, but it is not a requirement.

We believe that you, as a person, have high social competence and love meeting new people and building good relationships over time. You are self-driven and proactive with the ability to prioritize what ultimately affects your results. You are motivated by delivering against set goals and deadlines.

In the team, you are the team player who easily collaborates with those around you. You have a positive attitude and are unafraid of new tasks, and you are the one who sees opportunities in challenges.

We see that you have a driver's license to be able to visit clients.
