Special Educator – 15%, Remote with Some Presence

About the Job

At IntegreLär Adult Education, we work to ensure that all students achieve their goals and develop according to their capabilities. We are now looking for a part-time special educator (approximately 15%) who primarily works remotely, with mandatory attendance at certain times.

Scope of the Position

• Approximately 15% position
• Work primarily occurs remotely, with some presence at scheduled meetings, supervision sessions, and team meetings
• Flexible planning based on the school's needs

Job Responsibilities

As a special educator with us, you will among other things:

• Support students with special needs and disabilities, both individually and in groups
• Provide advice and guidance to teachers regarding pedagogical adaptations and inclusive teaching
• Participate in planning and follow-up of teaching to create good conditions for all students
• Follow up and evaluate support measures and document actions
• Contribute to the development of the school's inclusive learning environment

We are looking for someone who:

• Has education and experience as a special educator
• Has experience with remote teaching or digital tools
• Sees each student's strengths and needs
• Is flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoys working in a small team
