We are looking for 2 nursing assistants for Home Care in the Ullstämma district - the position is part-time (50%) and evening hours from 16:00 to 21:00.

Ullstämma is a sheltered housing facility with 21 sheltered apartments connected to the operation, as well as daily lunch service and a wide range of recreational activities for our elderly. The primary task is home care work with our clients in their own homes - both personal care and home services are included.

Your assignment involves home care work with our clients in the area, primarily personal care. Distribution of meal boxes and responding to emergency alarms.

You will work with delegation from a nurse (medication, insulin, and stoma - after completed & approved training) and express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing, documentation is included as a work task. We work with time and effort registration.

You will be part of a team with close contact with the group manager and good colleagues. Contact with nurses and rehabilitation is done through home healthcare. You will act as a contact person for a number of clients.

The position is part-time, approximately 50%. You will work on a rotating schedule with shifts every other weekend, working from 16:00 to 21:00.

Qualifications You are preferably a trained nursing assistant and we prefer that you have worked for a few years in elderly care. You see opportunities, have a positive outlook, and a strong commitment to people. The work requires you to be responsible and have personal maturity. You share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues and see it as natural to contribute to a positive work environment.

You enjoy working independently and understand the importance of good interaction in every given situation. Biking is a basic requirement and a driver's license is a strong wish. We place great importance on personal suitability.
