Job Description
Within clinical pathology, we perform analyses in histopathology and cytology that form the basis for diagnostics and accurate responses to our referrals. Many of our tasks involve manual work with high precision, which means that quality awareness for the patient and their samples is of great importance. We constantly work on developing and improving the laboratory processes through method development, quality monitoring, and optimization. Working with us is varied, challenging, and stimulating – the job you do matters for the diagnosis of diseases and what type of treatment the patient will receive. Clinical pathology is a major part of cancer care where constant development and new methods and analyses pave the way for faster and better care for the patient. In addition, we offer you a wonderful workplace and great colleagues to work with in a developing field.
About You
We are looking for someone who is a licensed biomedical analyst or hospital biologist and has at least two years of continuous work experience in clinical pathology operations. We also want you to have expertise in at least one of the following specialties: immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, or specialized cutting.
You have excellent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
Application and Employment
This position is a permanent employment with a start date according to agreement. Working hours are regular weeks from 07:30 to 16:00 with the possibility of flexibility. We work with ongoing selection and interviews will also take place continuously, so please submit your application as soon as possible.
