Love Everyday. Work for the Future.
At Nodra, we want our customers to have a good everyday life. We ensure they have stable broadband, clean water from the tap, that wastewater is treated, and that waste is managed properly. When you work at Nodra, you are one of those who ensure that Norrköping truly functions, lives, and grows. To be able to do that, it is important that we who work here feel good, thrive, and develop in our own everyday lives. Together, we contribute to a smart and sustainable society. Today and in the future.
We are now looking for someone who wants to help shape Nodra's future upstream work in wastewater and actively contribute to reducing the amounts of unwanted substances that end up in the Baltic Sea. Nodra has taken a new approach to upstream work related to wastewater in 2025, and we are now looking for you who want to join the development journey forward.
About the Position
In the role of environmental investigation engineer, you will be part of a group of investigation engineers with the main task of ensuring that Nodra meets the environmental requirements set both internally and externally on the operations and that our environmental impact is reduced. You will be responsible for driving and developing Nodra's methods regarding upstream work in wastewater. You are expected to have an active dialogue with relevant customers in the municipality and stimulate activities that reduce the flow of unwanted substances to our treatment plants.
You will also support other parts of Nodra's operations in various environmental issues, lead smaller assignments, and follow up on deviations observed in the pipeline network.
About You
You have a scientific university or college education and experience in environmental-related work in a strategic and coordinating role. As a person, you should enjoy having a lot of contact with people and leading discussions as well as taking in and making decisions from different perspectives. Experience working in or with environmentally hazardous activities, as well as supervision of environmentally hazardous activities and the development of agreements and permits, is an advantage. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
A Good Everyday Life at Work
At Nodra, we actively work to ensure that our employees feel good and thrive at work. We believe that a pleasant, open, and helpful atmosphere contributes to good results in work. We invest in wellness and doing things together, both at work and outside of it. For us, it is obvious that work should provide good conditions for a good balance in life. We want everyone to feel they have developing tasks that contribute to important societal functions and a sustainable future.
