Unit Manager & Dental Hygienist

Job Description

Quick Smile is looking for a licensed dental hygienist who also wants to take responsibility for the daily operations of the clinic. The position is a combined role where you work both clinically and with coordination and management of the operations.

You will have an operational role in the clinic and work closely with patients, colleagues, and owners.

Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

- Examinations and preventive dental care

- Professional teeth cleaning and tartar removal

- Teeth whitening treatments

- Advising patients on oral health and treatments

- Selling and recommending treatments based on the patient's needs

Unit and Operational Responsibility

- Responsible for the daily operations of the clinic

- Scheduling and staffing

- Ensuring efficient routines and high quality in patient experience

- Monitoring bookings, occupancy, and patient flow

- Ongoing contact between the clinic and owners

Qualifications

- Licensed dental hygienist

- Experience in clinical work

- Good computer skills

- Very good Swedish in speech and writing
