Job Description

• Leadership for home care nurses and nursing assistants

• Plan and follow up on patient visits based on medical priorities

• Assess incoming referrals

• Handle deviations assigned by the deputy manager/operations manager.

• Daily collaboration with the responsible home care physician

• Responsible for conducting training and delegations to nursing assistants.

• Delegation responsibility for LSS short-term accommodation

• Continuous follow-up with the deputy manager/operations manager.

• Participate in quality and training time together with the operations manager.

You collaborate with other professional categories to create the best conditions for the patients. Our working method is characterized by respectful treatment, responsiveness, and cooperation.

Who are we looking for?

You are a further educated district nurse with experience in primary care and home care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability and wish that you:

Scope and Employment

Permanent employment 100% starting as soon as possible

We apply a 6-month probationary period.
