We are looking for someone with a strong interest in psychiatry, who is responsible and wants to continue developing the clinic with us.

This advertisement is for a ST physician who wishes to start with us in 2026, with flexibility to begin later in spring/summer.

Psychiatry Nordväst has extensive experience in ST training and has a large group of ST physicians. We offer you a broad and content-rich education aimed at meeting the National Board of Health and Welfare's goals for ST in psychiatry. We have a wide range of placements in outpatient and inpatient psychiatry, subspecialized units, and emergency and consultation psychiatry. There are also great opportunities to customize your training plan together with the study director and main supervisor according to your wishes and interests. In addition to external theoretical training in the form of ST courses, we also offer generous internal training for our ST physicians.

Psychiatry Nordväst is a university clinic in the northwestern part of Stockholm County's healthcare area (SLSO). We provide psychiatric care at a specialist level in outpatient and inpatient settings for adults. Job Responsibilities

All relevant tasks for physicians within psychiatry. The position includes on-call work, which is planned as much as possible based on preferences.

Qualifications

Licensed physician, with a strong interest in psychiatric care and good clinical judgment. Great emphasis is placed on good collaboration skills and personal suitability. Experience working as a physician in psychiatry is an advantage.

Conditions

Permanent employment with the goal of achieving specialist competence within five years. An initial probationary period may be applied. Full-time, 40 hours/week.
