About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting until at least September 2025. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Arvid Nordquist. There is a possibility for extension of the assignment.

The building in Solna, which has housed both the trading company and coffee roastery since the 1960s, has now become too small for the company, and Arvid Nordquist is in the process of building a new modern coffee roastery, warehouse, and office in Järfälla, with a move planned for 2025. Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a central part in the planning from green bean to finished packaged coffee. You and another production planner will be responsible for ensuring an efficient production process and material procurement, both in the short and long term, based on capacity and set service level and inventory goals. Your assignment also includes supply responsibility for all inventory points with transfers between our Swedish warehouses and to Finland. You will maintain KPIs and analyze and draw conclusions from them. You will also be an important part of the development work in the current operations and related to the new roastery. The most important interfaces are primarily production, warehousing, and coffee purchasing, but also marketing and sales. In this role, you will belong to the “Supply Chain Coffee” department and be part of a team of ten employees, including functions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and warehousing. • Ensure production plan and demand planning based on the business goals regarding service level, inventory turnover rate • Planning of raw coffee into the roastery and operational purchasing of packaging and input materials • Active and proactive deviation management, analysis, and coordination of the production flow against the production plan • Drive dialogue with external parties such as packaging suppliers and external warehouses • Actively work with item management in SAP, such as master data, MRP parameters, etc., for produced and purchased items • Drive development of interfaces, processes, responsibilities, and systems tools
Education, experience, and personal qualities
• Secondary education, preferably with relevant post-secondary education in logistics or similar • Work experience in logistics planning, preferably with a focus on production and material planning • Good system knowledge in MS Office, particularly in Excel • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Experience with SAP is a plus • Experience in the FMCG sector and/or regulated industries such as food or pharmaceuticals is a plus In this role, you need to stand out with strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
