This is your mission

As a local planner, you will work with colleagues in the property group on the agency's local needs and workplace issues. You will also act as a project manager for local needs adaptations and ensure coordination and planning of internal relocations.

Your work will focus on identifying, investigating, and analyzing local needs. Based on given conditions, you will work towards optimized utilization of the premises. You are knowledgeable and keep yourself updated on laws, regulations, and governing documents within your area of expertise, and through environmental monitoring, you ensure that the agency's premises develop appropriately and in line with the times.

You will have some experience exchange with cooperating authorities and participate in current property forums and preparation groups.

Your placement will be at the headquarters in Solna, but travel within Sweden may occur, to a limited extent.

The qualifications we are looking for

• Education in Facility Management or equivalent relevant competence for the assignment
• At least three years of experience in local and workplace issues
• Experience in development and change work
• Good IT skills
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Driving license B

• Experience in sensitive security or government operations
• Experience in procurement, e.g., LOU
