Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities primarily involve maintaining and participating in the development of the quality management system ISO 9001:2015.

This includes updating the organization's documents as well as maintaining and further developing the documentation structure. This requires some learning about our operations and then, together with others in the group, assessing whether the documents describing our operations need to be updated.

Administration of documentation related to risk analyses and incidents. Compiling the results of our annual survey and our safety rounds, including maintaining documentation for actions and follow-up. Internal audit of the management system (Management Review). Participate in and document our external audit of the quality management system ISO 9001:2015.

Our documentation is currently on an old website that will be replaced with a new one. The job responsibilities also include participating in this migration of documentation, which involves clarifying and structuring the documentation on the new website.

The job responsibilities also include participating in the marketing via social media of Electrum Laboratory as a research infrastructure and innovation hub. Here, tasks related to the new website are also included, such as photographing or filming in cleanroom environments and posting images or videos on the website or social media in collaboration with others in the group or with researchers from various user groups.

The job responsibilities may also involve purchasing chemicals, utensils, and consumables. The work is diversified and requires discipline, flexibility, and the ability to juggle many tasks simultaneously. You will work independently but also in a team. You will be part of the group at Electrum Laboratory that drives the research infrastructure.

The workplace is Electrum Laboratory in Kista, northern Stockholm. Electrum Laboratory is a KTH research infrastructure that enables academic research and start-up activities in semiconductor technology.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Completed degree at the undergraduate or advanced level (higher education) in the subject relevant to the position or equivalent competence.
• Have worked with the management of quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001:2015 or ISO 14001:2015) in previous professional roles.
• Familiar with working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
• Since the work involves many contacts with people from diverse international backgrounds and documents that clearly describe the operations, good written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English are very important.

About the Employment
