Employee for International Bookstore & Distribution (Full-time)

Ferdosi Media AB is an international publishing house, bookstore, and distribution company with extensive experience working with libraries, universities, and customers in Sweden and internationally. We are now looking for a new employee for our office for a full-time position focusing on order management, customer contact, and administration.

🧾 Job Responsibilities

You will among other things:

• Receive and register book orders in our systems
• Answer inquiries from Swedish and international libraries and customers via email and phone
• Work with invoicing and order follow-up
• Receive deliveries and manage incoming goods
• Work in systems such as Fortnox, ferdosi.com, and various shipping systems
• Participate in daily office work and learn our internal routines and systems

🎓 Qualifications (Requirements)

• Experience from bookstores, publishing houses, or libraries
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet, and email)
• Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Ability to work in a structured, fast, and independent manner
• Service-oriented, responsible, and meticulous
• Good knowledge of literature and cultural interests

🌍 Meritorious

• Knowledge of ChatGPT or other AI tools in work
• Experience in invoicing and financial administration
• Language skills in other European and/or Oriental languages
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or working with shipping companies

• Scope: full-time (80-100 %)
• Location: Stockholm
• Start date: as soon as possible by agreement
