What You Will Work On at Södra

As a Test Leader at Södra, you play a central role in ensuring the quality of our digital products and services. You act as the link between the business, development teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring that testing processes are well-planned, efficient, and tailored to the needs of the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading testing efforts – both within ongoing management and in larger projects.

The position is a full-time parental leave cover for one year, based in Växjö (adjusted if necessary).

Who Are We Looking For?
  • At least two years of work experience in test management and test strategy within the IT and software industry.

  • Comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.

  • Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving abilities.

  • Driven, proactive, and with a positive attitude.

  • Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively in a team.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or another ERP system is highly desirable!
