NIBE Group Web Team is Hiring a Web Analyst

NIBE Group Web Team continues to grow, and we are now looking for a web analyst with an operational and strategic focus on web and analytics who wants to be part of our journey. We are building an international web team with the main task of assisting the various companies within the NIBE Group.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of web analyst, you will perform web analyses, visualize, and present data in close collaboration with NIBE AB and NIBE's subsidiaries.

• Visualize and present data from Google Analytics and other systems to product owners and other stakeholders.
• Customize dashboards for analysis and monitoring of the web's most important KPIs for the company.
• Conduct continuous analysis of the company's web presence from an SEO perspective and suggest improvements based on your analyses.

YOUR BACKGROUND

To fit the role of web analyst, you are driven, goal-oriented, analytical, and have an eye for detail and structure. Furthermore, you have good initiative and collaboration skills. You also have a pedagogical side to share your insights, which are translated into recommendations in close collaboration with other colleagues in the department. As a person, you are meticulous, unpretentious, and flexible. The position is located in Markaryd. We believe you have the following;

• A post-secondary degree or equivalent in marketing, economics, or web.
• Experience in a similar role within communication/web/digital marketing.
• A strong analytical mindset and are comfortable communicating your thoughts and ideas.
• A willingness to share your expertise and actively participate in the team.
• An interest in staying updated with the latest in analysis and visualization.
• Knowledge of agile project methods and advocate for an agile working approach.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing behaviors on digital platforms and presenting analyses pedagogically to various stakeholders.
• Experience working with various platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Matomo, Hotjar.
• Knowledge of marketing scripts and implementation, e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads.
• Experience visualizing data using tools like Google Looker Studio.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
