We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician for our IT team. You will work at our facilities located in Ljungby, Stigamo, and Landvetter. Our team consists of several IT resources who are specialists in supporting and developing our VMS and related systems. We now need to strengthen our team with an IT Support Technician who will assist our users and our operations at our sites.

About the Role

In this role, you will work on supporting the software and hardware present in our operations. You will ensure that we have the right equipment in place and that we choose the most cost-effective solutions while providing our users with the best possible service, so our operations remain competitive both in the short and long term. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting across several different systems. The role also involves handling various service requests from the business.

About You

We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of client setups for PCs/printers. You have a good understanding of integrations between different systems. You possess solid knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft’s Azure platform. You understand servers, networks, and other infrastructural components. You are comfortable working with client setups and support. We expect you to have several years of experience in the IT industry, and it is a plus if you also have experience in third-party logistics. Knowledge of WMS or automation is a bonus. You have good skills in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You will work both independently and in a team across different parts of the business. A B driver's license is required.
