We at Maxkompetens are now looking for a Project Coordinator for a longer consulting assignment at IGT in Växjö. After a longer period as a consultant, there are good chances for employment at IGT.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Project Coordinator, you will work closely with developers, game producers, and other technical functions to support and coordinate several parallel software projects - both within systems and platforms as well as slot games. Processes and working methods are in place, but you are the one who ensures that information flows, follow-ups occur, and that projects move forward.

You will:

• Coordinate activities and follow up on several parallel projects
• Ensure that teams have the right information and materials on time
• Sync developers and technical functions in daily work
• Identify risks, deviations, and escalate when necessary
• Own planning, documentation, and reporting related to the projects
• Contribute to order, structure, and ongoing improvement work

This is an operational and hands-on role where you have significant responsibility for keeping the details together and creating conditions for smooth deliveries.

Your Profile

We believe that you:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in driving/coordinating projects in some form, preferably within IT or software
• Are structured and clear in your communication
• Are proactive and take responsibility for getting things done
• Thrive in a technical environment and have a good understanding of how development projects work
• Are comfortable working with several parallel projects

Certifications are not a requirement; the most important thing is that you have practical experience in managing delivery/projects and that you want to further develop in the role. You need to be comfortable working in an international organization where English is used daily.
