Project Manager for IGT in Växjö

We at Maxkompetens are now looking for a project manager for a longer consulting assignment at IGT in Växjö. After a longer period as a consultant, there are good chances for employment at IGT.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will drive several parallel software projects, both related to systems and platforms as well as slot games. There are established processes and ways of working, but you need to be the one who actively follows up, keeps everything together, and ensures that the projects move forward.

You will:

• Plan and follow up on several parallel projects
• Ensure delivery according to schedule
• Coordinate developers and technical functions
• Identify risks and flag deviations in good time
• Contribute to continuous improvement work

This is an operational role with a lot of personal responsibility. There is much to do, and you need to prioritize effectively.

Your Profile

We believe that you:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in driving projects, preferably within IT or software
• Are structured and clear in your communication
• Are proactive and take responsibility for getting things done
• Thrive in a technical environment and have a good understanding of how development projects work
• Are comfortable working on multiple parallel projects

Certifications are not a requirement; the most important thing is that you have practical experience in managing delivery and a desire to further develop in the role. You should be comfortable working in an international organization where English is used daily.
