About the role

As an infrastructure architect, you will be part of our Architecture & Development team, together with 12 colleagues in infrastructure, network, and solution architecture as well as system development. Here, you will play a central role in shaping our technical direction and creating robust and secure solutions. You will work in an environment with engaged colleagues and the opportunity to truly make an impact. The role combines strategic work with development at the conceptual level and problem-solving. This is the right role for you if you enjoy discussions, change, drive, and being a key person in the dialogue between technology and operations.

Your main tasks:

• Drive the long-term development of our infrastructure and contribute to our architecture vision.
• Design thoughtful, secure, and sustainable infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of the operations.
• Translate complex needs into practical and well-functioning technical solutions.
• Be an advisor and sounding board in both ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
• Create structure, plans, roadmaps, and clear directions for the infrastructure.
• Work closely with other architects, system engineers, and service managers.

Qualifications

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and solution-oriented person who wants to help develop sustainable and effective solutions with real benefits for the operations. You have a broad technical competence, an ability to combine strategic thinking with operational work close to the business. You take great responsibility, work relationship-building and service-oriented, and actively contribute to good collaborations and a positive work environment. As a team player, you share your knowledge and support colleagues. You also have a strong interest in new technology and see learning and environmental monitoring as a natural part of your development.

We believe you have:

• Several years of experience with Microsoft-based infrastructure and Azure, Backup, SQL, etc.
• A broad technical understanding of infrastructural wholes, preferably in larger organizations.
• Experience working in complex deliveries where collaboration is crucial.
• The ability to design, explain, and visualize technical solutions in a pedagogical way.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A structured and quality-focused working method.
