Are you an AI/ML developer with a background in software development? We are looking for someone who is driven to understand customer challenges, translate needs into sustainable digital solutions, and contribute to a team where collaboration and trust are fundamental!

What we will do together AI and Machine Learning are becoming increasingly important in many of our projects. As an AI/ML developer, you will contribute to and help lead the region's work in the AI/ML field, dividing your time among several activities. We believe your tasks may look like this:

• In the early phases of projects, such as sales and feasibility studies, you will help identify potential, business opportunities, and assist the customer in understanding AI.
• You will develop Proof-of-Concepts and create solutions, from data management to ML training and deployment.
• In the development phase, you will contribute hands-on and drive the work of integrating AI while supporting our developers and customers.
• In the final phase of projects, you will assist with solutions and routines to ensure long-term management of models and data flows.

As the field is relatively new for us in the region, you will be one of the first to take on the role locally, but you will be part of the group's AI team with colleagues from various offices. We see several opportunities where you can also contribute locally by bringing knowledge about AI/Data engineering and gathering inspiration and knowledge from local networks to then share at our office through workshops, lectures, and projects.

To succeed in the role, we also hope you have:

• Approximately 5 years of work experience in a similar role and familiarity with data management and analysis.
• Solid knowledge of techniques for Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and/or model optimization for efficient management.
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
