We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to plan, organize, and manage projects end-to-end. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, onboard new customers, and ensure a seamless implementation experience keeping timelines, scope, and quality top of mind. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence across Foxway’s digital and technical solutions.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Plan, organize, and manage resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Lead customer onboarding through our digital portal and system integrations, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Actively manage project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Lead, coach, and support cross-functional project teams throughout each project.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including project owners, sales, internal technical teams, and senior management.
• Ensure internal and external reporting and communication is clear, timely, and effective.
• Oversee budgeting and cost management for assigned projects.
• Continuously look for ways to streamline processes, improve routines, and optimize project delivery.

You are a seasoned Project Manager who has:

• 5+ years solid project management experience, preferably within the IT sector.
• Hands-on experience with technical solutions and implementation projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, unexpected events, and diverse teams.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, leading without formal authority, and fostering collaboration.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and capable of delivering under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge or interest in circular technology is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian, written and spoken.
• Based in Stockholm or Växjö, Sweden.

This role requires on-site presence at least four (4) days per week to enable close collaboration with stakeholders and operations.
