Service Technician in Markaryd

We are now looking for a responsible and proactive service technician in Markaryd who is passionate about heat pump technology and providing excellent service.

About the Role

You will be part of an engaged team in the after-sales department consisting of around thirty knowledgeable technicians and administrators. Your main tasks will be to provide technical support via phone and email to both plumbing installers and service partners regarding installation, warranty issues, and general technical questions. The focus of your work will be in the heat pump area. We offer you an interesting job with a lot of customer contact. The fact that our products and solutions are technically advanced, where few systems are alike, makes the position challenging, stimulating, and varied. Does this sound like you?

We are looking for someone who has;

• A technical background, preferably with education in electrical engineering, plumbing, ventilation, or refrigeration technology.
• Experience in the plumbing industry or customer support (meritorious).
• The ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
• A proactive, responsible, and service-oriented personality with high social competence.
• Good communication skills and a pedagogical approach – you can explain technical solutions in a simple way.
• Attention to detail and structure, but also flexibility in your work.
• IT proficiency and comfort with technical tools.
• Experience with warranty and claims handling as well as the use of service and order management systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
