Who are you?

At Nexer in Växjö, we continue to strengthen our successful team and are now looking for experienced full-stack developers with a focus on Java.

You will be a key person in developing the digital solutions of the future for businesses in various industries – from industry to the public sector. You will work with modern technologies and architectures in a Java environment, often in complex system landscapes where your problem-solving ability makes a real difference.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about development, enjoys tackling complex problems, and sees programming as a craft. You have several years of programming experience, with a particular focus on Java and SQL databases. Today, you work with modern technologies and architectures in Java environments – often in complex system landscapes where your problem-solving ability truly makes a difference.

We would also like you to have experience with:

• Spring/Spring Boot

• API design and consumption (REST, Swagger/OpenAPI)

• CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)

• Docker or Kubernetes (for container management and microservices)

• Cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Frontend (e.g., React or Angular)

• Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

• IoT, OPC UA, or MQTT

The role requires you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing. This is a prerequisite for succeeding in our client dialogues and within the team.
