Support Technician at Nordlo in Växjö

Nordlo was founded in 2018, with a focus on consulting and local anchoring, the new group aims to become a strong Nordic challenger in cloud services, infrastructure, and digitalization for both national and international organizations. Nordlo currently has over 1000 employees at 46 locations in Sweden and Norway.

Nordlo Växjö & Ljungby currently has 108 employees working at our offices in Växjö and Ljungby. We are now looking for support technicians based in Växjö.

To succeed in your role in our support, you need to:

  • Have a burning interest in IT
  • Have the patience and joy of helping customers with technical problems
  • See technical problems as a challenge and an opportunity to grow
  • Be able to explain both simple and complex challenges in an understandable way
  • Want to develop at the same pace as technology
  • Have the ambition that our customers always have a functioning and good IT environment
  • Have good knowledge of IT solutions in general

For the position, you are expected to have good knowledge in:

  • Microsoft 365 and Intune
  • AD and account management
  • Phone support
  • Hardware and management of client equipment

It is a merit if you hold certification in any of the above.

You are driven, engaged, and enjoy structured problem-solving. A professional demeanor and a liking for working with people and helping them in their daily tasks are a given for us.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.
