About the role

Do you want to work with cutting-edge technology while making a real difference for customers? We at Future People are now looking for a Swedish-speaking technical support person for a consulting assignment within charging infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring high operational reliability, quick troubleshooting, and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers with installed and operational charging infrastructure. You will work on analyzing incidents, identifying root causes, and driving solutions forward – both independently and in collaboration with field technicians and suppliers. The goal is always high functionality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to installed and operational charging infrastructure

  • Provide direct support to customers and users, as well as coordinate efforts with field technicians and hardware suppliers

  • Ensure quick, clear, and professional communication with customers and other relevant stakeholders

  • Document cases carefully and ensure proper closure of resolved incidents

  • Act as a backup during the handover of customer cases and relevant information about charging stations and agreements to the new responsible party

We are looking for someone who has
  • A strong customer focus and a desire to create the best possible service experience

  • Excellent communication skills – both internally and externally

  • An interest in technology, troubleshooting, and problem-solving

  • The ability to handle stressed or irritated customers in a calm and professional manner

  • Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Desirable qualifications
  • Relevant education in technology/engineering (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in technical support at the 2nd line

  • Experience from the charging infrastructure industry

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics

  • Basic programming skills
