Motala Parish operates three preschools. Safety, Joy, Community, and Learning are our shared values. We prioritize working in smaller groups where we can see each child as an individual as well as part of the group. Our activities follow the goals of the preschool curriculum and are rooted in Christian values, where we recognize the equal worth of all people and each child's unique opportunity for development.

Preschool Ängeln is beautifully located in pleasant premises within Charlottenborg Church. There is proximity to both natural areas and the city center. The church has a unique opportunity to offer a safe foundation to stand on. Together, we create meeting places for the children and their families.

We offer a wellness allowance of 2500 SEK/year, work clothes, free educational meals, planning time during the day, and 5 study days/year with training and planning.

We are looking for a positive, responsible, goal-oriented, and committed educator. We wish for you to be solution-focused, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. You are a licensed preschool teacher, well-versed in the preschool curriculum, and have a high ambition and pedagogical awareness. You should be rooted in the church's faith and life, and we assume that you are a member of the Church of Sweden.

The position includes a role as a development leader, which means leading and developing the systematic quality work. You will be part of a team with the principal and other development leaders, who meet regularly.
