We at Attendo are now looking for a Group Manager for Mejerigatan in Vellinge.
About the role
As a group manager, your primary task is to coach and work alongside the team in daily care activities. The role involves present and supportive leadership in the operations where a larger part of the job is to work with our customers. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations in accordance with Attendo's working methods and values.
You have group manager colleagues and you collaborate, exchange ideas, and share experiences. As a group manager, you report to the operations manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.
Main responsibilities
Guide and work in daily care activities together with the team.
Responsible for daily operations and planning on the department/floor for your team.
Personnel responsibility; recruitment, onboarding of new employees, work environment, development discussions.
Involved in developing and ensuring the quality of the operations.

Qualifications
Trained nursing assistant with experience in elderly care
Good computer skills
Very good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
It is an advantage if you also have
Previous experience in leadership, coordination, or planning

About the recruitment process
Before employment, an extract from the criminal record along with valid photo identification must be presented. If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.

Working time: Daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Start date: By agreement
