We are looking for personal assistants

75-100% permanent employment and hourly substitutes for several of our clients in Gislaved.

As a personal assistant, you are involved in the client's daily life, and the tasks depend on the client's situation. You can work days, evenings, weekends, sleeping on-call, and awake nights depending on the client's needs. Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage but not a requirement to be considered for the job. We are looking for employees with empathy, understanding, and flexibility. Since we are seeking staff for several clients, more information will be provided during a possible interview.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A driver's license is required.
• You must be a calm, stable, and secure person who can work structured both independently and in a group.
• We place great importance on personal suitability and that you are genuinely interested in working with people.
• You should master Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Smoking is prohibited during working hours.
• Recruitment is ongoing.

YOUR TASKS

Job-related tasks may include everything from individualized care such as personal hygiene, communication, and supervision to providing support in various contexts. Assistance is primarily provided in the client's home but also involves accompanying them on activities outside the home. You work supportively and motivationally. We want you to be curious and interested in the assignment and actively contribute to our client's development and well-being.

Training will be provided on-site and through Monument Assistans.
