We are looking for an engaged, flexible, and calm female personal assistant for a 32-year-old woman in Tranås. Olivia has spina bifida since birth and is wheelchair-bound. This means she needs some assistance in her daily life to live a full and active life. 

Job Responsibilities:

- Assistance with transfers

- Household chores

- Assistance with activities outside the home, such as shopping.

- Constant supervision due to asthma (ventilator at night), epilepsy, and some mental health issues.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is stable, secure, and can maintain calm in stressful situations. You appreciate order and can create a harmonious atmosphere in the home. Experience is not a requirement; we offer thorough training until you feel confident in the role. Important qualities include being responsible, meticulous, positive, and respecting confidentiality. It is also important to be punctual and follow established routines. Our workplace is smoke-free.

Shifts:

- Day shift (07:00-15:00)

- Evening shift (15:00-22:00)

- Night shift (22:00-07:00)

The shifts are distributed on both weekdays and weekends, and we are looking for someone who wants to work an 80% schedule but also someone who wants to work extra as a substitute, especially on weekends. There are opportunities for both spontaneous shifts and fixed shifts by agreement. We will start with introductory shifts to ensure everything works well between you and Olivia. Personal chemistry is very important in this assignment.
