About the role as a Junior Project Manager

In the Project and Network Planning teams, which belong to the Asset Management and Operation function at Ellevio, we work with the major structural changes planned for the Stockholm network. The purpose is to increase the renewal of electrical installations and to strengthen the capacity and reliability for customers' continuous need for connections and to ensure that the region can continue to grow. Now you have the opportunity to step in during the summer of 2026 and participate in this work as a project manager!

Responsibilities

• Participate in the early stages of investment projects in network planning through network calculations, analyses of the existing electrical grid, and assessment of future capacity needs
• Work on tasks within both Network Planning and Projects
• Perform data analysis of the electrical grid and contribute to the development of monitoring and analysis tools
• Prepare, structure, and investigate technical and analytical documentation before project implementation
• Gain broad business understanding through practical work and site visits in ongoing projects and existing facilities

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone studying a technical education in energy, electricity, or sustainability at the civil or university engineering level
• Good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
• It is also an advantage if you have previously been in contact with project management through your studies.

You have a genuine technical interest and curiosity about the project manager role. You are communicative and collaborate effortlessly with colleagues and other stakeholders, while being self-driven and capable of planning, prioritizing, and structuring your work to meet set goals and deadlines.

The recruitment process
