Ellevio is one of Sweden's largest electricity network companies, and together we continue to electrify Sweden. With us, you are part of a secure and important future industry while having the opportunity to make a difference, grow as an individual, and have fun along the way! We believe in a bright and sustainable future, do you?

About the role of Asset Manager

The electricity industry is currently undergoing an exciting development where customers are taking a more active role. This, along with the electrification of the transport sector and industry, is crucial for the energy transition to meet our climate goals moving forward.

Development of the electricity networks and capacity is essential to achieve this transition, and we foresee a significant need for renewal and reinforcement of our regional networks – both lines and stations. As an Asset Manager within the regional network, you will play a central role in planning how we build our future regional network in the Stockholm area. You will have the opportunity for varied and independent work with possibilities for individual professional development.

The role of Asset Manager is for you who thrive on working strategically with technical issues, want a holistic view, and enjoy having many points of contact both internally and externally. An important part of the role is to understand our large customers' needs together with our team of Major Customer Connections and develop solutions to meet these needs. In this role, you will have strategic responsibility and significant influence over the prioritization of actions in our regional network and be responsible for matters concerning investments, maintenance, and development of the regional network.

The position is based in Stockholm.

Who are you?

We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities in this recruitment. As a person, you need to have a technical interest and a good structure in your work. You enjoy working both independently and collaborating with others, and you have a good ability to prioritize and delegate tasks/projects to your colleagues. You are confident in yourself and your skills and enjoy working solution-oriented from a broader and long-term perspective. We also see that you have a business-oriented mindset and approach.

We believe you are a civil or university engineer with a background in electrical engineering, or have acquired equivalent competence through work experience. We see that you have worked in the electricity distribution area and have previous experience in network planning or power system analysis. You have good knowledge of business economics, investment calculations, and asset valuation. It is advantageous if you have an understanding of the network business and regulatory model. Since the role involves a lot of communication, it is important that you can communicate fluently in Swedish. A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

Ellevio as an employer

It is important for us that employees feel comfortable, engaged, and driven by the desire to continuously learn and develop. Only then can we together achieve our vision of a bright and sustainable future. With us, you have great opportunities to influence the company as a whole and your own career. A fine proof of this is that we have received the award for Sweden's most attractive employer and have also been named a Career Company for the sixth consecutive year!
