We are looking for a humble and driven Junior Supply Chain & Sourcing Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for purchasing, logistics, and distribution at Nordic Family Group. The role is suitable for you who have a relevant education and the right attitude – you are curious, self-driven, and want to quickly take responsibility and grow in a broad role.

You will be responsible for and drive all work related to supply chain and sourcing, but with close collaboration with warehousing, suppliers, customer service, and internal teams. We value attitude, engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for logistics and distribution

Be responsible for daily coordination of packing, transport, deliveries, and freight solutions, as well as continuously work on improvements in costs, lead times, and delivery precision.

• Distribution of BabyBag

Plan, coordinate, and follow up on the distribution of BabyBag with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Analysis, KPIs, and forecasts

Monitor key figures, volumes, and capacity, and provide data for decisions and improvements.

• Purchasing and supplier contacts

Be responsible for supplier dialogues and purchasing of materials, packaging, and products, including monitoring quality and delivery reliability.

• Customer service and delivery issues

Be the point of contact for customer service regarding deliveries, complaints, and improvement measures.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic education in logistics, supply chain, engineering, economics, or equivalent.
• Good analytical skills and interest in flows, numbers, and improvement work.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your area.
