About the role of Technical Administrator

By summer 2026, Ellevio is looking for two summer interns for the role of Technical Administrator within the team for Electrical Installations, which is part of the Customer & Market function. The role is administrative with a technical focus and involves working with case management and customer contact in a socially important and technology-oriented context.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases related to changes in customers' electrical installations (for example, solar panels, meter changes, and construction power)
• Work in automated administrative and technical case flows
• Investigate and manage system deviations as well as manual cases
• Complete cases with missing or lacking information
• Contact customers, electricians, and contractors via phone and email
• Handle both simpler and more complex customer cases in a changing energy industry

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone studying to become an engineer in electrical power, electronics, or a similar field.
• You have a strong interest in the energy industry
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• It is an advantage if you have previously worked in customer service and are familiar with phone and email communication.
• It is also advantageous if you have knowledge of programming and an interest in systems and AI.

We also see that you are curious, good at taking initiative, and structured in your work.

The recruitment process

In this recruitment process, Ellevio collaborates with the staffing company Clevry. After you submit your application, we will review your profile. Qualified candidates for the role will receive an email informing them that they have progressed in the process and will then take a cognitive test to make the process as objective as possible. The application closes on February 22, after which phone interviews will begin. Later in the process, background checks will be applied, which means a register check as well as a credit report and references will be obtained.
