Through a new framework agreement with Svenska kraftnät, we have the opportunity to contribute our expertise in regional and national grids, and are therefore looking for new employees who want to work on the largest infrastructure projects in Sweden.

As a substation designer, you will work on the technical design of substations and stations within regional and national grids. You play an important role in the early stages of projects and are responsible for investigations, cost estimates, equipment placements, layouts, drawing documentation, and complete construction documents. Often, projects take place in facilities where new substations are integrated with existing infrastructure or connected to new line routes.

You will work closely with electrical engineers, project managers, and specialists in construction, testing, and land issues. Together, you will drive the design chain forward and ensure a technically sustainable whole. The role involves significant technical responsibility, where your problem-solving ability and ability to work in a structured manner will be crucial.

We are looking for someone with a background in electrical power and several years of experience in design or technical construction of substations or switchgear. You have worked on projects within regional grids or substations with voltage levels from 130 kV and above. You have an education in electrical power or have acquired knowledge through relevant work experience.

As a person, you are good at communicating, solving problems, and have a curious and flexible approach. You are confident in making decisions in projects and have good structure and organizational skills. Furthermore, we see that you enjoy having many contacts, both with colleagues and customers. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. A driving license is a requirement.
