About the role as Maintenance Engineer

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a Maintenance Engineer in our Maintenance team. The team belongs to the Asset Management & Operation function and is responsible for managing and maintaining Ellevio's electricity grid in Greater Stockholm. Your primary tasks will be:

Responsibilities

• Digitalization, structuring, and management of information related to Ellevio's facilities. This means collecting, registering, and quality-assuring technical documentation and facility data by transferring information from physical documents or older systems to modern digital systems.
• Information management in the case management system MAXIMO.
• Support development projects and work with investigative project tasks within data-driven and risk-based maintenance.
• Link data from the network to facility objects in the system to enable systematic analysis and improved maintenance intervals.

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone studying electrical power, energy technology, electrical engineering, or equivalent (university/college, bachelor's or master's degree).
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Experience in programming (e.g., Java, NatLab), database management, Excel coding, or having taken one or more programming courses is a plus.
• Experience with NIS/GIS systems, PowerBI, visualization, or other relevant systems is a plus.

We are looking for someone who is driven, curious, and eager with a strong ability to take initiative. You are self-sufficient and structured with good analytical skills, as the tasks are data-heavy and often require troubleshooting. You have good collaboration skills, are persistent, and take responsibility for seeking new tasks when your own are completed. You enjoy working with digitalization and analysis and want to contribute to Ellevio's development in risk-based maintenance.

The recruitment process

In this recruitment process, Ellevio collaborates with the staffing company Clevry. After you submit your application, we will review your profile. Qualified candidates for the role will receive an email that they have progressed in the process and will then take a cognitive test to make the process as objective as possible. The application closes on February 22, after which phone interviews will begin. Further along in the process, background checks will be conducted, which means a register check as well as a credit report and references.
