Do you want to work with some of Sweden's most advanced security issues in nuclear technology while contributing to the future's safe and sustainable energy supply? We are now looking for an experienced consultant who wants to take a central, advisory, and analytical role in exciting assignments with some of the country's leading players in the nuclear power sector.

The role is based at an established international technology company that is driving within energy, industry, and infrastructure. This is a workplace where you can develop, influence, and be a key person in projects of great importance.

In this role, you will act as a technical expert and support for both clients and colleagues. The work involves close dialogue with clients to define the assignment's structure, ensure the quality of deliveries, and represent the organization in a professional manner.

A significant part of the work consists of documentation and technical analyses. You will interpret regulations, prepare reports, review technical documents, and participate in various review forums. You will also work with calculations and modeling related to, for example, facility safety, fuel management, or other nuclear technology issues.

Your workday will be characterized by continuous communication with clients, project meetings, and presentations of conclusions and reports. Travel within Sweden and internationally to nuclear facilities is a natural part of the job.

Your qualifications

• Master's degree in, for example, energy systems, engineering physics, or similar, or equivalent solid work experience in relevant fields 

• Experience from nuclear operations and energy systems related to nuclear power or another industry with high safety requirements such as the aviation industry or defense industry

• Good understanding of facility technology, energy production, nuclear waste management, radiation protection, and dispersion calculations 

• Swedish and English in speech and writing

• Driving license B

We are looking for someone who is communicative and can present material clearly and pedagogically, even when the questions are technically complex. The ability to build relationships is important, as collaborations occur both internally and externally. Furthermore, we see that you have a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Extent: Full-time, permanent

Location: Solna, but travel occurs within Sweden and internationally
