Job Description

The role involves working closely with management and providing administrative support and handling around our meeting forums. You will also contribute to developing and improving the administrative support, which is crucial for the operation to function effectively and sustainably and to secure our democratic mission. You will coordinate, plan, and prioritize tasks both for yourself and our colleagues. Your role will have a particular responsibility for managing and contributing to our internal communication with the aim of strengthening the entire administration's learning about our own operations.

Qualifications

As a basis, you have a university degree or equivalent education that the employer assesses as relevant for the position. You speak and write fluently in Swedish and you have experience of organizational work within public administration, preferably municipal.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience in project administration, document management, quality management systems, and communication work/web publishing.
  • Knowledge in urban planning.
  • Knowledge of business development through digitalization.
  • Previous experience as management support, business developer, or administrator.
  • Experience with follow-up systems, case management, data analysis, or project follow-up.

As a person, you have:

  • Ease in making decisions based on available information and ease in acting accordingly.
  • The ability to create trust, build networks, and establish long-term collaborations.
  • A strong interest in understanding others' needs and challenges and transforming these into opportunities. You enjoy making your colleagues strong!
  • Interest in monitoring the external environment and the democratic process.
  • An interest in working with both administrative and developmental assignments.
  • Good organizational skills and experience working in a structured and independent manner.
