Vårdcentralen Kroksbäck has been around since 1986 and is one of Malmö's oldest health centers. We have approximately 6100 registered patients and over 25 employees with a well-functioning internal collaboration both between and across professional boundaries. The health center has a stable medical staffing, a good working environment with flexible working hours, where participation and opportunities for influence are self-evident for us. We work with team rounds according to the Alaska model, which is a workplace reform that results in good and close care. The work team is divided into two interdisciplinary teams with different professions in each team where the patient is included in the team.

We have a strong drive to improve our operations and have just started both a diabetes clinic, an urgent care center, and a family center to offer a greater whole to our patients. We are also in the starting blocks to launch an asthma/COPD clinic, and adjacent to the health center are Rehab Kroksbäck and the Child Health Center Kroksbäck. As a doctor here, you will be offered a stimulating job that covers the entire field of general medicine. The tasks include, among other things, doctor consultations with both acute and planned visits.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine and authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are a requirement. Experience working in primary care is meritorious as well as experience working in PMO and Melior.
