We welcome a nurse to a varied and developing role where the meeting with the patient takes place at the clinic, in the patient's home, or at another location.

Your responsibilities include continuously assessing health conditions, medication management, and working with the rest of the team to identify needs for additional interventions. You will also be a primary care contact for some of the team's patients, meaning you will be the patient's closest contact at the clinic and will work with the patient and the rest of the team to design their care. Another important part of the job is collaboration with other services.

We continuously work on developing and evaluating our operations. Our clinic has high competence and experience, and there is a strong commitment to those we meet. We offer a workplace that values a good working environment and provides great opportunities for you to develop in your professional role.
