BUMS – "Staffing Rental Malmö Nurses" – has been around since 2003 and is Malmö city's own resource team consisting of nurses and district nurses. We work with all activities of the Health Care and Social Services Administration and the Functional Support Administration. We are currently looking for nurses to join our work team.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you are responsible for the care of the patients. This means that you independently assess, plan, and organize medical and nursing interventions. You are also responsible for guiding nursing staff. You work person-centered by involving the patient in decisions and collaborating closely with relatives and the team around the patient.

You regularly collaborate with primary care through rounds based on a patient focus. You will also collaborate with several actors according to the health and medical care agreement, which includes the county council, municipality, and primary care, to meet the individual’s care needs.

Together with your competent colleagues at BUMS, you ensure that care and support work functions professionally when regular staff are absent or in need of extra resources. Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with at least three years of work experience. In addition, you have:

  • Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
  • Insight into applicable legislation, establishing goals and guidelines
  • Good digital competence
  • Driver's license B (manual)
  • Can cycle

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Work experience with people who are multi-sick and/or have dementia
  • Work experience from municipal health and medical care
  • Specialist education in a relevant area
  • Good experience collaborating with other authorities and being part of various networks
  • Knowledge of the documentation program Procapita
