Are you a physiotherapist who enjoys working independently in a dynamic work environment where you have the opportunity to help develop our operations while working closely with patients? If so, you are welcome to join us at Vårdcentralen Planteringen!

The health center is located in southern Helsingborg and has good transport links by both train and bus. We have approximately 3,800 registered patients and a complete commitment according to Hälsovalet.

At the health center, about 20 employees work in various professional categories, where cooperation is characterized by great respect for each other's skills and competencies. Here, we have both specialists in general medicine and ST doctors. We have a child health center, district nurse reception, and several nurse-led specialist clinics in areas such as diabetes, elderly care, and hypertension. We also have a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist with us. This breadth allows us to offer our patients comprehensive care and provide our employees with good development opportunities. The health center has been recognized several times for both its good work environment and patient satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We now welcome a physiotherapist to Vårdcentralen Planteringen! Your role is important, and your profession is highly valued. You will plan your daily work with great freedom and trust from colleagues and management.

Common tasks may include acute assessments, scheduled outpatient visits, following your patients during treatment, or leading group activities. As a physiotherapist with us, you will be part of a team with other staff and a natural part of the interdisciplinary collaboration around the patient.

Patients of all ages with varying diagnoses come to us, creating opportunities for a varied and developing job. In exchange, we expect you to contribute to our development work, which is essential for us to offer high medical quality with good resource utilization. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who appreciates variety and challenges in their work, while also having the ability to take responsibility for their tasks independently. A good reception and professional care of our patients are always in focus for us. We value your communication and collaboration skills since teamwork across professional boundaries is a natural part of our daily work. You actively contribute to a positive work environment and engage in the development of the organization. Your personality and attitude are important to us, and great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Regarding formal requirements, you are a licensed physiotherapist with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. We would prefer that you have some experience in the profession, but it is not a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
