About the client

A cheerful and curious ten-year-old boy living in Kalmar. He has autism and some outwardly aggressive behavior, so it is important that you are used to working in a low-affective and pedagogical manner.

About you

We are looking for a committed, secure, and attentive assistant who wants to create a safe and stimulating everyday life together with the client. You are responsible, flexible, and have an easy time collaborating with both the client and the rest of the team. Experience working with children and/or autism is an advantage.

• You are calm, patient, and respectful.

• You can communicate clearly and build trusting relationships.

• You work in a low-affective and pedagogical way.

• It is an advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car.

About the position

The position is part-time with shifts scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays for 4-5 hours/day on odd weeks, but Sundays on even weeks may also be added. Start date according to agreement.
