We are now looking for a personal assistant for a wonderful girl who is soon turning 10 years old and lives with her family in Färjestaden on Öland. She is a lively and cheerful girl and needs help with everything in her daily life; tube feeding, transfers, sitting in a wheelchair, needs help communicating, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, being in school, and training in her own way. It is a physical role that requires good basic fitness but also an opportunity to play, have fun, and spread joy together with a fantastic little person. You are part of creating safety and joy in life!

It is a plus if you have experience helping people, either you have worked as a personal assistant, or in other healthcare roles or with children. A driver's license is required as you will be driving a car for work (the family has a car, so you will not be using your own).

The position is 85% with a 4-week rolling schedule that looks like the following in the basic schedule; of course, the schedule can change over time and swaps can be made. When working nights, it is awake night, meaning you cannot sleep and must constantly keep an eye on and control the client.
