Do you want to step into an organization where you can help shape how requirements work and development processes will be conducted moving forward? We are now looking for a requirements analyst for a Swedish authority that is in an expansive phase, with many parallel projects and a great need to create structure, uniformity, and clear frameworks in working methods.

Here you will have a central role in a context where development teams are growing, the project portfolio is broad, and where you as a requirements analyst will have significant influence over both priorities and solution choices.

As a requirements analyst, you will work closely with the development teams and collaborate with several key roles, such as:

• Management leaders

• Business representatives

• Product owners/Scrum Masters

• IT/business architects

• Solution architects

The work consists largely of analysis and dialogue, where you immerse yourself in processes and how they affect the systems, in order to:

• collect, structure, and break down requirements

• develop solution directions in collaboration with the business and IT

• support the teams in requirements work before development and architecture

You will work both with new development related to EU systems, as well as further development of older processing systems, often driven by new legal requirements. Much of the work is, however, related to integration requirements in larger EU projects, where the authority's systems need to be integrated with external systems for controls.

Exactly which projects you will be involved in depends on interest, competence, and need, but the demand for requirements analysts is high, and there is much to tackle!

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience as a requirements analyst

• Swedish citizenship

• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

• Experience in requirements analysis, including:

  • process and concept modeling

  • information modeling

  • business analysis and requirements gathering

  • planning and conducting workshops/seminars

  • application and teaching of requirements methods

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable regulations for security protection.

• Communicative and confident in conveying needs, questions, and results to various stakeholders

• Curious and solution-oriented – enjoy discussing and evaluating ideas and challenges

• Structured and meticulous in meeting notes and requirements documentation

• Skilled at asking the right questions and building networks/relationships

• Unpretentious and thrive in environments where you need to create structure when it does not already exist
