We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 7-year-old girl in Hörvik. The position is a maternity cover until 2026-12-31. You will work concentrated 12-hour shifts over 7 days every other week (odd calendar weeks). The job involves double staffing both day and night. The position should be filled as soon as possible with an introduction. You will work in the girl's home with the family.

Primarily, we are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant, childcare worker, or has some form of experience with disabilities. We also place great importance on personal chemistry and personal qualities, so do not hesitate to apply even if you do not have the aforementioned education or experience.

As a person, you must be responsible, attentive, meticulous, easy-going, able to share yourself, and above all, have good patience. You must be calm and secure and retain a childlike spirit. As a personal assistant in the family, you must be familiar and straightforward as there are siblings in the family. There are also animals in the family. The work involves helping the girl with everything in her daily life, i.e., full care with great responsibility but also a lot of play and fun.

The nature of the work requires that you are fluent in speaking and understanding the Swedish language, for example, being able to understand and read various instructions and checklists and follow established routines.

Access to your own car and a manual driving license is a requirement as the girl lives without public transport, and there is also a minibus that you as an assistant will drive.
